POGO ("we", "our", "the app")

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and data generated by your use of the app:

Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email. We do not receive your Apple ID or password.
Profile and training data: Name (or nickname), height, weight, standing reach, current vertical jump, jump style, training environment, days per week, goals, experience level, and optional details (e.g. birth date). We use this to personalize your program and recommendations.
Workout and progress data: Completed workouts, sets, reps, weights used, rest times, vertical jump logs, 40-yard and broad jump times, body weight history, program week, and custom workouts. This powers your progress charts, PRs, and program progression.
Subscription status: Whether you have an active POGO Pro or Coach (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Elite) subscription, managed through the App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.
Coaching data (Coach): If you use coaching features, we store team names, rosters (including athletes you add or invite), metrics you record for athletes (e.g. vertical, 40-time, weight), attendance, and optional coach display names. Athletes you coach can see they are linked to you; they do not see other athletes on your roster.
AI features (e.g. POGO Coach): If you use in-app AI (chat or workout generation), we may send the content you submit to our AI provider to deliver those features. We do not use that content to train third-party AI models for general purposes.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the app (personalized programs, progress tracking, and recommendations).
Sync your data across devices when you sign in.
Process and validate subscriptions (via RevenueCat and the App Store).
Respond to the POGO Coach feature and support requests.
Send you important service or legal notices when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored using Supabase (database and authentication) in secure, access-controlled environments. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data in transit and at rest. Only you can access your own workout and profile data through your account.

4. Third parties

We work with the following service providers, each with their own privacy practices:

Apple: Sign in with Apple (Apple Privacy Policy).
Supabase: Hosting and database (Supabase Privacy).
RevenueCat: Subscription management (RevenueCat Privacy).
AI provider: If you use AI features (e.g. chat or workout generation), we send the relevant prompts and context to our AI service provider. Data is processed according to our instructions and their privacy commitments.

App Store transactions are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Your rights

You can:

Delete your account and data: In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, workouts, vertical logs, and all associated data from our systems.
Access and correct profile data: Edit your name, height, weight, reach, vertical, and other profile fields in the app at any time.
Cancel subscription: Manage or cancel POGO Pro or Coach in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.

6. Children

POGO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy. For material changes, we may notify you in the app or by email where appropriate.
