By downloading, installing, or using POGO, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
POGO is a vertical jump and dunk training app that provides personalized programs, workout tracking, progress charts, and coaching features. Some features require a paid subscription: POGO Pro (athlete training, programs, progress) or Coach (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Elite tiers — coaching tools, teams, rosters, athlete metrics).
You may use POGO only for personal, non-commercial training. You agree to:
You are solely responsible for your health and safety. The app is a training tool, not a substitute for professional advice.
POGO Pro and Coach (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Elite) are separate subscriptions that unlock different features. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period (e.g. monthly or annually) until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not provide refunds directly. If you use Coach, you are responsible for the athlete data you collect and how you use it, and you must comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws when managing rosters and athlete information.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases; we may retain or delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The app and its content (programs, exercises, recommendations, and coach responses) are for informational and training purposes only. They do not constitute medical, fitness, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program, especially if you have health conditions or concerns. We do not guarantee any particular fitness or performance results. Use of the app and any exercises is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or one hundred U.S. dollars if greater). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
POGO and its content, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the app. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated terms at this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. For material changes, we may notify you in the app or by other reasonable means.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that state. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app.
